The ordered goods are sent on memorandum upon the terms that they remain Clark Diamonds property, returnable on demand until paid for by you, and that while on memorandum you are responsible for loss and/or damage however caused. The title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until payment has been received by Clark Diamonds in full, irrespective of the re-sale of goods to a third party or liquidation. The goods will presumed kept and invoiced after seven days from the order date, unless other arrangements have been made. E&OE.

Regardless of the ordering option (paying now, requesting for memo or putting to invoice), Clark Diamonds use Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed before 1pm next day, at a standard rate of £10.50. All goods are fully insured in transit. Item/s that exceed £30,000 are shipped using specialist couriers, POA. Items ordered can be collected free of charge.
You have 28 calendar days to cancel or return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are wholly responsible for the safe return of the goods, including all shipping costs, appropriate packaging and ensuring necessary insurance is in place for the transit of the goods. You are liable for all costs including replacement of the goods in the event of loss or damage howsoever caused when returning goods to us, either returning from memo or returning for credit. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Keep Diamonds Free of Conflict.
For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from 1st January 2003 onward, the seller warrants that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources and not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that the diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined prior to 1st January 2003, the seller warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold and that, to the best of their ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country. We confirm that all diamonds supplied are natural untreated diamonds, and can confirm that all of the diamonds we supply have been screened and tested.
